Levelized billing eliminates the ups and downs of your gas bill year round. Budgeting is made easy because your gas bill stays nearly the same month to month, so you can budget a set amount towards energy for all seasons. And since levelized billing takes an average of your bills, you avoid higher winter gas bills and lower summer bills.

 

You must be a Walton EMC Natural Gas customer for at least 12 months and have a zero balance to qualify. And to remain in good standing, you must pay the exact amount shown on your bill each month by its due date. Otherwise, the system automatically drops you from the program. In case you disconnect service, you're required to pay the balance.

 

Each month our bill payment system takes an average of your bill for the last 12 months. The amount due fluctuates monthly depending on your natural gas usage.
