Brown onions in butter, then add green peppers and mushrooms and saute until done. Remove vegetables from pan and place in a large mixing bowl. Brown the ground beef, adding salt and pepper. Add remaining ingredients to the vegetable mixture in this order: beef, soup, sour cream, noodles and pimentos. Place in a 13x10 dish and top with parmesan cheese and bread crumbs. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. This recipe will freeze well. Enjoy!
