Fresh Strawberry Vinaigrette
2 cups strawberries, fresh or frozen
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 cup extra virgin olive oil
sweetener of choice
Combine strawberries and vinegar in a blender and purée. Add oil and continue to purée. Add sweetener and purée until all ingredients are combined.
