Ingredients: 

  • 5 cups flour

  • 4 ½ cups sugar

  • 3 teaspoon baking soda

  • 2 ¼ teaspoon salt

  • 1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon

  • 1 ½ teaspoon nutmeg

  • 1 ½ cups vegetable oil or olive oil

  • 3 ½ cups 100% pumpkin puree

  • 1 cup cold water

  • 6 eggs

  • 2 teaspoons vanilla

Mix all ingredients. Bake in 2 greased loaf pans for 1 hours at 350 degrees. Stick toothpick in the center of loaf. If toothpick comes out clean, the loaves are done. Remove from oven and cool for 10 minutes. Then remove from pans and place on wire rack to finish cooling.
