Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup buttermilk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 medium ripe avocado, peeled and cubed
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon dill weed
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Place all ingredients in a blender, cover and process until all ingredients are mixed. Add salt and pepper to taste. Pour in glass jar or bottle and refrigerate for an hour to let the flavors blend before using.
