Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup blueberries
Grease 12 cup muffin pan. Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk milk, eggs, butter and vanilla. Add mixture to dry ingredients. Then, softly fold in blueberries. Spoon batter into muffin cups so that ¾ is full. Bake at 375 degrees F for 20-22 minutes.
