- 1 unbaked pie shell
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons flour
- tomato slices to cover the bottom of the pie shell
- 10-12 bacon slices, cooked
- 2 cups mozzarella, grated
- lettuce, shredded
Mix chopped onion and flour. Layer on bottom of pie shell. Cover flour and onions with a layer of sliced tomatoes. Cover tomatoes with a layer of bacon and top with mozzarella cheese. Bake at 375 degrees until cheese is slightly browned. Remove from oven and cover with shredded lettuce. Cut pie into quarters and serve.
