Ingredients:

• 6 eggs
• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 1 1/2 sticks margarine
• 1 tablespoon vanilla
• 1 cup buttermilk
• 2 (9-inch) pie crusts

Directions 

Cream sugar and eggs together. Melt margarine, then add to ingredients creamed mixture. Add vanilla, then the buttermilk, and mix well. Pour mixture into pie crusts. Bake in oven at 350 degrees F for 60 minutes.
