Chocolate Chip Cream Cheese Bars
2 rolls of chocolate chip cookie dough
3 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 (8 oz. packages) of cream cheese, softened
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9-by-11-inch baking dish. Spread one roll of cookie dough on the bottom. Beat together eggs, sugar and cream cheese. Pour over cookie dough then crumble last roll of cookie dough on top and bake for 30 – 45 minutes or until cream cheese is firm. Cool completely.
