• 1 stick butter or margarine, melted

  • 3 eggs, beaten

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 can (14.5 oz) cream-style corn

  • 1 package corn bread mix

Grease or spray 13 inch x 9 inch pan or sheet cake size. Preheat oven to 375°F. Mix butter, eggs and sour cream together. Add corn and corn bread mix. Pour into pan and bake about 30 minutes or until lightly brown.
