Frank’s Simple and Good Pasta
- 1/2 lb. penne pasta
- 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 4 cloves of garlic, diced
- 6 Roma tomatoes, diced
- 1 bunch of green onions, diced
- 1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash garlic and herb seasoning
- 1/2 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese
Cook pasta according to package instructions. Heat olive oil in large skillet. Add garlic, tomatoes and onions. While vegetables are simmering, add seasonings and stir. Once pasta is cooked, drain well and add to skillet. Serve with a generous amount of Parmesan cheese.
