Cilantro Seasoned Corn

3 cups corn

1/4 cup water

1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon cumin seeds

1/4 teaspoon pepper

1 tomato, peeled, seeded and chopped

Combine first six ingredients in a microwavable container and stir well. Cover with wax paper and microwave on high for 6–8 minutes. Stir in tomatoes, recover and microwave on high for 1–2 minutes or until corn is tender.
