Peanut Butter Cookies
1 cup creamy peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
Mix all ingredients together. Roll out in small balls. Add criss-cross impression on the top of each cookie with a fork. Bake at 315 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
