Pound Cake

Pound Cake with Ice Cream,

CAKE

3 sticks of real butter
8 oz. cream cheese
3 cups sugar
6 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla
pinch of salt
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
2 cups all-purpose flour

CHOCOLATE ICING

1 stick butter
3 tablespoons Coca-Cola
3 tablespoons cocoa
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 box confectioner’s sugar

Cream together butter, cream cheese and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla. Combine remaining ingredients in a separate bowl. Add flour mixture to sugar mixture. Bake at 325 degrees for one hour. ICING: Bring butter, Coca-Cola, cocoa and vanilla to a boil. Add powdered sugar and beat until smooth.
