Tailgate Food! Barbecups and Frozen Bananas
- 1 lb. ground chuck
- 1 tablespoon onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 cup barbecue sauce
- 3/4 cup cheese, grated
- 1 1/2 cans biscuits
Brown meat and onions then drain. Add sugar, barbecue sauce and mix well. Flatten biscuits individually and place one in each cup of a muffin pan. Fill with meat mixture. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Makes 12.

- bananas, sliced
- peanut butter or almond butter
Spread peanut butter between two banana slices then freeze for 1 hour. Remove and cover with melted chocolate. Place back in the freezer for another two to three hours.
